I am a well-rounded business professional with over 20 years’ experience managing challenging projects from concept to completion within the sectors of: construction, real estate, mortgage, escrow, and business banking.

I am a well-rounded business professional with over 20 years’ experience managing challenging projects from concept to completion within the sectors of: construction, real estate, mortgage, escrow, and business banking. I have won several awards and recognitions for exceeding performance goals and for providing exceptional customer service.
I was ready for a promising and successful career change as an independent claims adjuster and dove right in by passing and obtaining my Florida state license with a 95%. I then continued my education and obtained highly sought-after certifications such as the State Farm Policy & Estimatics, Liberty Mutual, and USAA certifications in both Policy, Auto and Catastrophe claims. I am currently licensed in five states and my goal is to be licensed and or be able to conduct business in all 50 states by December 2023. My business administration, project management, strong work ethic and superior customer service mindset are catalysts to a successful career as an insurance claims adjuster.
